Pathways welcomes people of all ages and walks of life who feel aligned with our shared values and vision. We believe a truly holistic community must include every generation and background, drawing from the richness of our diverse experiences. We are designed to thrive together.

We attract those who are open to the exploration of consciousness and spirituality while valuing sovereignty in both belief and expression. The organization is non-denominational and is not top-down, and instead each member plays a role in egalitarian governance, shaping the village with their heart and vision.
Being a Member
By joining, you become a co-creator of the Village. This community exists because of the energy and intention we each bring. Each member or family joins one circle where they participate in occasional meetings and volunteer opportunities to offer your vision, gifts, and talents. All village gatherings outside of circle membership are opt-in. Participation will look different for everyone depending on life circumstances; what matters most is showing up with integrity and a genuine desire to be part of the community.
