The Ecosystem of Circles

We organize through circle practice which is a model inspired by both modern egalitarian governance and our collective ancient roots. Each circle focuses on one area of community life and operates semi-autonomously while staying connected to the larger whole through the All-Village Circle, where members come together for collective decisions and shared visioning. Within circles, members find ways to offer their gifts in service to the community.  Circles may shift or evolve as the community grows, but the core idea remains the same: everyone belongs and every contribution matters.

This is the heart of how we create community together. It's where we align on community direction, share updates, and bring forth proposals that shape our collective path.  At its core, the All-Village Circle is more than a meeting; it is a practice of community consciousness and shared wisdom.

Plans monthly community dinners, seasonal celebrations, and special events that bring us together in joy, gratitude, and connection.

Creates containers to explore consciousness and spirituality together. All beliefs and perspectives are welcome. 

Mystic Circle

Organizes hikes, outdoor adventures, conservation projects, ways to give back to nature that help us reconnect with nature through the heart.

Nature Circle

This circle reflects the spirit of our greater village, designed especially for children and teens to take the lead. Our gatherings invite youth to connect deeply with themselves, each other, and the natural world, nurturing holistic well-being and a sense of belonging within the community.

Organizes workshops, classes, and hands-on learning experiences where members can share their gifts and passions with the community.

Skill Share Circle

Organizes ways for members to support and exchange with one another, such as our Share Shed, resource exchanges, community gardening, and

clothing swaps.

Holds space for gender-based connection, reflection, and support, allowing members to deepen self-awareness and community bonds in an intimate environment.

We are learning to live in right relationship with ourselves, with one another, and with the living Earth.  Whether you come to share a meal, teach a skill, tend the garden, or simply show up with presence and care, your participation is helping shape the world we long to see.
